A Stage For - V for Vendetta

A movie which exhibits the irony of our country

It has been a few years since I saw "V for Vendetta." And now when I go through the newspapers or tune into a news channel, I can see the movie play right in front of me. I can see the dictator who rose in a dramatic way in suspicious circumstances. He was all in all. Ripped the society apart.
Nobody could stand against him. He was the government, he was the judiciary. Giving us the motto "Pakistan comes first" he destroyed the very roots of Pakistan, eating them away.

V for vendetta had the villain as the CHANCELLOR, we have the villain as the PRESIDENT.

The scenario is same, no justice, might is right system, one man center. Only what is missing is the lead actor V. Who was V. V was not the hero, he was the trigger which led to everything that altered the course of their destruction. Who played the part of the hero?

People were the heroes in that film, who marched in front of a massive army not trembling, not even terrified. Wearing identical masks. They were united irrespective of thier backgrounds.

Now I see people wearing same coats doing the same thing. They have suffered much but have not suffered in vain. The era of dictatorship has ended. Now promising hopes are arising.

V is actually WE. And WE have to join each other irrespective of race, religion, color, cast. And only then WE will bring down this tyranny to its knees. And then there will be an end to all which we have suffered for so long.

Those who have not seen the movie:
