Wonderous glorious sight art thou

The Lady of Liberty,personification of freedom

many a thousands saw from aboard their ships,

Wonderous glorious sight

there were those who walked through and those who turned back

History books we read, your name is synonymous with freedom

nay we are naive, to our simple minds tis true

Towering monstrous skyscrapers,proof of my might

Nay it is just shackles, monsters turn loose on me

but an illusion, centuries of oppression is still here

these sky scrapers, the lady of liberty did Diallo see?

Nay you are illusion, you are symbolism, you are unreal

Lady of freedom you are in chains, skyscrapers your captors

You breed murderers, racists, criminals

So speak Lady of Liberty speak , when will this night of oppression end?
