Regarding the Salwar Kameez, the H wasn’t posted in my interact, others used it in theirs (i think). If I did include the "h", it was a typo, coz we don’t usually refer to them as Shalwars. Infact, the actually

Digressions on ‘H’ in Shalwar
you don’t get it do you?...well suppose everybody cannot pass off as a double agent...my sources in raw and isi tell me the real story...why there was no post summit photo-op...(translation: post summit statement/declaration whatever)...everything was ready...but it all floundered on the letter h...
let me put in perspective...
shalwar is an integral part of not only pakistani psyche but also sartorial integrity...from baluchistan and lower sindh, punjab, the frontier and the northern areas...we agree to disagree on the length of beard, twirling of moustache, payment of zakat, prayers at mazaars, interpretations and re-interpretations of madressah drop-outs from centuries ago...we even disagree on whether to shoot our gals or stone them or worse to get them married off to the book...
there is surprising little that we have consensus on...
oh...we do agree you guys are bad...though we again disagree on how bad...for instance a sindhi would put up with h sindhi on a higher pedestal then your dilli variety...and our fire-fighter sameer would put a h punjabi from my fellow curmudgeon and dot club alumnus hamidm’s wrong side of the border on a higher pedestal than gymno or harish or even that chappu chappy...
so...(why am i educating you...ah..is this the world’s free cyber university?...i thought this was only a chowk...)...khair...in the scheme of god/bhagwan’s game plan...there is precisely little we musallas/moseys agree on...shalwar being a noble exception...
oh shalwar...it protects our honour...it is worn all over...even by women!...yes they are equal...but say just this much below men...i mean the learned jury is out on that too...(polite euphemism for we agree to disagree on that too)...if your dad’s squadron parachutes you anywhere over enemy territory the second moving thing you will see is a shalwar...
the things we do in and out of shalwar...and no...wipe that grin and saliva off...am not going to reveal the details here...am mindful of folks like me who visit chowk...
now back to your post #29...
the LK + Bal-Varsha group’s nefarious put down...they wanted our Resolute Hollow Grin to drop the h from shalwar...now you tell me how in the ducking world the baton boy can let that pass?... i mean yes...unlike Wounded Knee there is no parliament he is answerable to...and gods…or to be precise God can be mollified and persuaded...but don’t you guys understand there is such a thing (somewhere) as izzat?...khud-daari?...insisting on dropping that h is akin to dropping the whole thing...(am still on shalwar...you with me?)...and no man...or woman....from our side will ever do that...well, yes...understand there are folks in the trade who do that for a suitable remuneration...but that is another digression…for another time...
heck...you can have the other one third of that k word sushma so conveniently forgot to utter...you can even have hamidm...(don’t worry begum hamid...we’ll get you a better husband and father...guaranteed...as good as the present model and younger if you wish...and far less annoying...your wish would be our command…)...but we will not drop the shalwar...er...the h from shalwar...
there are rumours circulating that after we rid of the waning moon on our flag ... a slight design flaw...the new emblem in the middle of the corrected rising moon would be...yes!...a shalwar...
now that i have educated you on the relevance of the h word let me go and do something useless...
rgds,
