And this is a common medical poem,
Classically convulsing in myopic fashion,
Anaesthetic kindness replacing febrile passion,
Once alive, now burning out.
Still, forever churning out
Papers, prescriptions, painful prognoses,
Damning diagnoses, discharge summaries.
Difficult to understand;
Please be patient.
