This film has been making the headlines for all the wrong reasons--namely, its explicit (for Indian films) sex scenes. This is the first mainstream Indian film to feature full nudity and sex scenes. It is because of this I think that the film is shot in English and not Hindi or some other Indian language--this will automatically limit its audience.

The story is allegedly based on real-life events and follows the story of a young, good-looking priest who seduces an innocent woman and they begin a torrid affair. The actress, Seema Rahmani, is an American desi, and has no hesitation in dropping her clothes for the role; it has to be said though that the scenes are tastefully shot and, for the first time in an Indian film, erotic rather than crass and vulgar.

The priest promises the girl he will leave the Church and marry her but he does not intend to do so and only says so in order to continue sleeping with her. His actions becomes increasingly bizarre and he gets jealous...
