Catalysts For Change
Prashant Bhatt
We keep meeting inspiring persons in our day to day life, who in their own creative ways, spell out the human spirit and effect change in small but significant ways. This is the common working man's narrative which is different from the history of isolated 'facts' or details. How and who will effect change in society? Conventional historical 'facts' as we read them are within a particular narrative, which are based on a particular frame of analysis of kings, generals, ministers, politicians, rich and powerful people.
Through these accounts and narratives we will see how 'change from below' can come about, in their own small but lasting ways, through understanding the contexts of our life, work, situations and growing out of popular elite prejudices.
In these narratives the spontaneity of the human spirit comes through in day to day life and acts as Catalysts for Change.
