Older banknotes from India are worth a tidy sum of money on EBay, as are older coins (especially Mohurs!)

I remember the first one from the left. I used to buy a litre of petrol with it to fill in my dad's vespa, while he used to take siasta in the afternoon.
I totally do not remember second one from the right. What year is it from?. The absence of bengali numerals means that it was issued in late 70s or early 80s.
