Society lacking sexual content , abhoring prescence of women participation in every walk of like as other countries leading awam to sex obsession and sex starvation leading to sexal violence. The eyesights of many young an old men in NWFP geting bad due to watching such things in dimly lit make shift theatres. and who knows, it's the CD covers printed and re-printed are being burnt without the CDs and if some CDs are visible, who knows are empty cheap VCDs.
These are VCDs which are already phased out like the VCR.
This is just to pacify the threat makers.
