Cute picture. I sure hope Pakistanis take good care of the Waziri refugees, allowing the military to do its job in as humane a fashion as possible. But there is no substitute for good intelligence to disrupt and destroy the terrorist networks, and follow it up with political, economic and social reforms that empower the ordinary folks.
