Sorting out such legalities must be our nation's first priority. We cannot be as liberal as Amritsari biker ladies.
Yaar the ambarsari ladies ride 'scooters' so they don't have to swing a leg over! These are heavy bikes ... you need to be a Lahori Muttiar just to kick the stand down :)

We already had 'chipus', now we have 'chipusni'.
