Tahir bhai.Its not intended to present as such or even new thesis.Its intended to expose the spectacle of tissue pattern under microscope somthing liberal art student are not exposed to.There is no disese specificaly afflicted to EACH slide.IN one way or other the muscle is affected in many conditions and dignosis cannot be made without absolutely adjunct associate findings clinically, E.M.G., enzymes in blood ,secodary to other diseases like cancer auto immune ,r.a. auto immune etc etc etc
