This 18th century business route in UK has been revived and being used for leisure activities.So many people have their permanent homes in the narrow boats in this canal. On the other hand, our countries have so many canals, rivers and other places woith tremendous tourist potential, but our goverments are totally blind towards this fact.

There is no denying of the fact that water ways played vital part in human civilisation. You are right when you said we are blessed with natural water ways that could save us lot of money and of course it is more environmental friendly mode of transportation. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.
