I totally disagree with people who brand Indian Muslims as ’unpatriotic’. IMHO ,Indian Muslims are an extremely patriotic bunch. Patriotic towards Pakistan , that is...

The self-proclaimed ’secularists’ are like ostriches , who bury their head in the sand , and refuse to see the obvious.

Most Indian muslims dont really consider themselves to be ’Indian’. Majority of IMs may be peace loving , law abiding , and only a tiny section may take to violent means - But the fact is , all of them are actively(SIMI , ISI agents , jihadis) or passively (as in the majority of IMs) , anti-India.

Passive expressions of being anti-India means (as told to me by a journalist based in India)expressing glee when India suffered reverses in the initial stages of the Kargil war in 1999 , refusing to donate a part of their salaries to the welfare fund for the widows of Indian soldiers who died fighting the Pakistanis , while every other colleague , whether hindu/sikh/christian had done so , cheering for Pakistan in cricket - a manifestation of their hatred for India , and love for Pakistan.

Also these people , who get so very offended at what Israelis do to Palistinians , or what USA does to Taliban or Saddam , dont raise an eyebrow whenever Indian soldiers die in Kashmir. Not even one prominent IM or a group of Indian Muslims has come out in protest against the actions of the terrorists in Kashmir. If anything , the common feeling is one of joy , ’saala Indian mar gaya’ , whenever an Indian soldier dies.

Of course , there are exceptions like Abdul Kalam , Azim Premji. And it is possible that a few muslims in Tamil Nadu and Kerala are integrated into the Indian society and culture , so see themselves as Indians first.

But generally , ’Indian’ muslims dont really see themselves as ’Indian’. Indeed , they are ashamed to be associated with anything to do with a kafeer & jaheel dominated country like India. Proud to muslim - ashamed to be ’Indian’. Any muslim who shows patriotism towards India is looked at with suspician and contempt by his own community , ostracised and dismissed as a ’hindu spy’. The morally acceptable behaviour for a decent Indian muslim is to love Pakistan , and show contempt for India. Many in Old Delhi ,display Pakistani flags proudly in their drawing rooms.

If you dont believe me , go to any muslim dominated area in Mumbai or Delhi , or rather go the the hostels of Aligarh Muslim University , when an India vs Pakistan match is going on. Generally , crackers are burst , sweets are distributed , Pakistani flags are waved when Pakistan wins , and an air of despondency sets in when Pakistan loses.

This is not some empty headed propaganda that I am making here , but the TRUTH. There was an article in rediff.com about this (written by a muslim writer) , with pictures of AMU students carrying the Pakistani flag and cheering for Pakistan cricket team in the recent India-Pak series.

One might dismiss it as ’sport’ as seek to explain it as the ’immigrant’ syndrome , like how Indian immigrants to UK support India over England at cricket.

But is is not so simple. Indian muslims are not immigrants. They lived in India as long as the hindus. Also , India does not send terrorists into UK . India does not sponsor a war against UK in which several british soldiers and civilians have died. Pakistan does that. And still , a significant section of India’s population roots for Pakistan .

This is nothing but a manifestation of the hatred Indian muslims have for India. Gives a clue as to what these gentlemen intend to do in the event of a large scale war breaking out between India and Pakistan.

Its all very easy to say Indian muslims have never sided with Pakistan in any of the wars the the two countries have fought. But fact is , they willed and secretly wished for Pakistan to win each of those wars. Since those wars are relatively minor affairs , as they were fought at the borders , away from towns and cities , away from the civilian populations, there wasn’t a scope for Indian muslims to display their patriotism (towards Pakistan , silly).

In the event of a India-Pakistan war moving to the hinterland , I have absolultely no doubt in my mind that given half a chance or power to do so , the muslims of India will stab India from behind ,and side with their brothers from across the border , killing the hindu jaahils and kafeers enmass , thereby re-establishing the days of Auranzeb and Ghaznavi all over again - stuff of their wetdreams.

This is how it is. Why else do you think muslims localities in Hyderabad/Mumbai shelter ISI agents and anti-India terorists , and obstruct the police from carrying out their duty ?

Why else does an organisation (banned by the GOI) such as SIMI (Student Islamic Movement of India) , with laudable objectives like the ’Islamisation of India ’ , responsible for various bomb blasts in Mumbai , and whose members trained by our friends across the border in thr art of RDX and IED - find so much support among the muslim community ? Why would the Indian muslim youth join SIMI in such high numbers - 500,000 at last count ? Well - because of their immense patriotism of course - towards Pakistan.

Hindus/sikhs/christians/buddhists of India are fools not to recognise this. India is a lamb waiting to be slaughtered , with relish , may I add.
