Admitting defeat??

After having digested all the comments and responses from you all (NOT!!) A lot of you may be thinking that I will admit defeat. But I am pleased to announce that through other efforts I have managed to get help from an Architect from Pakistan SGA, they have a website at www.sga.com.pk, they have offered to help in the planning the Academy buliding for free and are also going to manage the building project. I have also managed to get the services of a web designer and PR individual to help. These individuals are giving up their time and expertise for free as well. It is nice to see that there are a stiil at least some people out there, all be it very few, who want to give something back to society. I hope that all of you who have been reading these posts feel some sort of shortcomings in your makeup. As I have made clear to all I do not need financial assistance a helping hand in kind would be enough. Perhaps even an odd e-mail giving encouragement to this initiative is beyond you? It is obvious that you are all immersed in trying to win the rat race, which you won’t anyway, but just remember this, even if you do you will still be just a RAT!
