Jazak Allah

Posted: Oct 24, 2005 Mon 05:10 pm     Views: 159

I have realized that words like "shukria or thank you" have been replaced by Jazak Allah now.
It dawned upon me gradually.
Last year some maulvi was visiting us and I was going to the groceries and I got some juices and stuff for his kid and when I told him that, he said ’ Jazak Allah’...with a lot of sincerity...
and I was like..."wow....I am such a kind considerate person...helping people’s kids overcome their thirst...God must be really happy with me too and will reward me in future"...

Then there was this Quran Khwani yesterday and I called the lady to tell her that we will come late and we have already read 2 siparay and if they can separate those. She ofcourse said ’ Jazak Allah Jazak Allah ".....and it suddenly filled me up with some spiritual kind of feeling and I almost felt noor coming to my face....

Then at the aftari I was sitting muching some kid’s cheetos..., a girl came to me..and said...oho..give me one of those. I did. and she says ’ Jazak Allah’....and I am like hmmm.......Jazak Allah at giving one cheeto ? is this like a jazak Allah worthy thing ?

khair then Jazak Allah were thrown at me right and left...
aray glass pukrana...Jazak Allah....
oho yeh zarda aap nai pakaya hai....jazak Allah...
aree shubratun munni ki naak ponchna...jazak Allah...
aray bhai saab pupoo ka pyjama zara ooper kur daiN..Jazak Allah...
