Sri Lanka.....Island of spices and harmony!

A beautiful island with equally beautiful people, the thing that strikes you most as a Pakistani is the fact that all religions i.e. buddhist, muslim, hindu, christians, live in harmony in a small island! It must be paradise! Or close to it i thought. Baring the stupid ethnic conflict that is keeping the country to be the leading country in South Asia!

With breath taking beauty of secluded beaches to the misty hills of Kandy, this place is such a treat for a tourist.

People are very friendly and educated....most of them speak and understand English! With few tourist hazards its quite safe place to tour.

I had a friend who once lived in the island, couldnt go to see my friend but it was amazing getting there finally! The friend is lost but the place is worth the stories i had heard.

Me n my spouse enjoyed the beaches and the cloudy mountains in a way we never imagined. We recommend that every Pakistani who can afford, visit the place and see how people live in harmony despite being so different.
