There is a mathematical set called Science, which is a subset of the universal set called Reality. Reality is the knowledge of God and Science is our knowledge. Religion is another subset of the universal set Reality and maybe overlapping with Science.
So Science is a subset of God’s knowledge and so is Religion. They are not mutually exclusive. There is no dispute (theoretically) between science and religion.
