Greetings!
Today is Pakistan’s Republic Day and I muse over what we could do, actually did and why we did not do what we could do.
Having taken up my new assignment, I am mostly trotting and find little time to type for chowk. In any case Chowk has deteriorated and the new editorial board has a lot to do with it. I agree with many friends that the site has been hijacked. It is proliferated with hate against Pakistan, and many essays are half cooked conspiracy theories serving only to disrepute the country.
I wish people like Wajahat and all started writing again.
