From Atif2 (since he is banned)

Certain females on Chowk had been shouting at the top of their lungs that they were the target of vulgar language by Salim. Yet Farzana, a female Editor in Chief, refused to budge and let Salim run rampant with his oft repeated profanities against females. Many accused Farzana of being lenient towards Salim because of his sucking up to her. I did not believe that. I actually thought that Farzana came across as a libertarian at heart who abhorred censorship, banning etc. I recalled an instance where she castigated chowk staff on UP for their censorship. I recalled her first article after becoming EC where she wrote that if you were "weak hearted", you should not go to UP and that it was free for all.

Then 4 days ago, I wrote an astonishingly well-rhymed poem about a dark and stormy night in Istanbul. This poem was deleted from UP. The next day Salim wrote a retaliatory poem, which aside from hurling profanities against several females, violated many rules of poetry too. However it was not deleted, but another thread by succubus against Farzana was deleted right away.

In all my innocence, I thought Farzana did not delete that poem by Salim because she did not consider those vulgarities against several female interactors as vulgar enough to deserve deletion. So as a test, I replaced one name in that poem with Farzana’s name. Farzana’s response was immediate and overwhelming. She:

- Deleted that thread
- Deleted Salim’s poem
- Deleted about 3 other threads on the topic condemning Farzana
- Banned several interactors for 2 days

I have come to this conclusion that either Farzana is a clinically depressed woman, or she is an incompetent editor who has never had a chance to exert control over any thing in her life and now given an opportunity over a free website is going all gaga over it.

Much more than the editorship of a website, Farzana needs to see a therapist.
