informer & 10 million rupees

Its such a tragedy that we so not serious in dealing with the recent bombings in Karachi that when someone came to me with the information about the bombers & asked me to find out from the interior ministry about the Rs.10 million reward announced by the Sind Government - I immediately called my HQ and found out that the Sind Government never put the words in writting & there was no formal letter that 10 million rupees will be given to the informer - the heart broken informer got so disheartened that he put the phone down promising to call me after 2 days - finally we got the information from him promising him a job in Police & the sum if the initial investigation finds his infomation correct .
There seems to be no political serious will to find out about who actually did the 11/4 bombings in Karachi ...
