Exciting Time

Posted: Jul 18, 2006 Tue 12:02 am     Views: 163

Rushing to the living room, around the television screen gathers everyone. No wonder it is going to be so much fun. Bring the popcorns. Bring the coke. Look at the blood, look at the smoke. The war show is on once again. To cash on to, there is so much free pain. Lots of excitement in the air. Dummies glued to their televisions everywhere. Dear viewers, a dozen children just got killed. But we’ve got to take a break so hold your thrill. In the meantime, let us educate you on latest cars and fancy shoes. But we will soon return with more exciting news. There is a war going on offshore. And your trusted reporters are keeping the score. For now, it is just two hundred versus twenty. But wait a little longer, and there will be plenty. There hits a missile and everyone gets burnt alive. With such surgical precision, no one could possibly survive. Our leaders are out there contemplating peace. In that annual gathering of the elite nations in Greece. But the non-stop action on television remains. As blood freezes in our veins. Isn’t it coming true of a long-time urban dream? To watch live in the safety of our homes the war machine! These are all signs of life in an exciting time. Our brains are perfectly fried numb by radio waves and televised crime.
