The Pandora’s box is open after Bugti’s killing. By enhancing awareness among natives of that area and providing facilities to the people of Balochistan, the dire rebellion can be curbed. It has been said that royalty of gas goes to Bugti; if there is no Bugti all that money should be spent on development like Health, Education, Trade, Means of communication etc. Core focus must be on rural and less developed areas, moreover steps should be taken on grass root level. Tribal clans and chieftains must ensure collaboration with government, only then insurgency can be controlled and ‘state within state’ dilemma can be evaded.
