Spolied, rich, ambitious....what a champion!

Finally I managed to fully finish the Feudal Lord book by Tehmina Durrani that has been on my bedside for literally years. Knowing her actions and utterances, must say that she and her myriad of husbands (latest being Shahbaz Sharif) deserve one another. An elite woman who cheats on a decent husband, abandons her three year old daughter to become the fifth wife of a drunkard wife-beater known to be violent, cruel, and power-hungry, is not a poster child for women’s rights, children’s rights or human rights. She is simply someone looking for excitement, attention, and proximity to power. A sleazy, sickening, pathological woman who is a disgrace to Pakistan and an affront to the millions of Pakistani women who struggle everyday under the burden of discrimination and iniquity.
