Toll Tax
In India a new system of levying Tax (the official pocket picking) has been adopted by the Government.
As a citizen of India, who is paying Road Tax, it my right to use use road normally & it is the basic right of Government to provide Roads to its Citizens, when once the Tax has been collected one timely.
