Women Protection Bill or Rapist Protection Bill

The SHARIA can’t be enforced in AIR and by HYPOCRITES and CROOKS.

The whole society needs to be morally and willingly ready for enforcing ALLAH’s injunctions. Otherwise, it will be a total failure and mockery like we made of Hadood Law in Pakistan.

The four witnesses thingy in Huddod Law was to protect a WOMAN to be falsely accused. The woman does not have to produce 4 women to prove a RAPE was made on her. The RAPIST could be punished (if does not confess) on Zina Bil Jbar Mojib Tazir (Section 10.3) based on medical or chemical evidence. No women in since 1979 has been punished for failing to produce 4 Witnesses. This is a mere Propaganda and my challenge to show a single case where a victim woman was penalised for accusing a Rapist and then punished for not producing 4 witnesses. This was POLICE who were arresting women (for their notorious crookedness to make falsify cases) who came to complain for RAPE (Section 10.3) under Consensual Adultery (Section 10.2). Now you will be shocked to know that under NEW WOMEN PROTECTION BILL some one accusing some couple on Consensus Adultery has to still produce 2 Witnesses but no Woman can file against a RAPIST under Hadd any more. It will be under Penal Code where a mere doubt that it was a consensual act will free the man even from Consensual Adultery (LEWDNESS) crime.

Only a FOOL will believe it is a BILL for Women’s protection but in fact it is a bill to protect Rapists and encourage Adultery in an "Islamic Society".
