These days each news
is hot in its heart
Why should anyone
jump into a hot oven
to sacrifice one's life?

Each heart is sorrowful
Each soul is full of pain
For all these sufferings
Who is to be blamed?

How much injustice can
one bear silently!
What custom is this
when someone commits crime
another one pays for it?

Hello Dr Lok Raj

I translated some of your poetry at ebazm months ago, and recently sent you a pm through this site. How have you been?

I will make an attempt to translate your current Ghazal. I have also recently posted my poetry/translations at this site.

Cheers
Ravi Kopra
