A Serious Question for Chowk Owners, Editors and Staff:

For months, the interactor known as "salim_chuhan" has been harrassing Scout for month. I've seen countless interacts by this interactor and the corrollary "thinking storm" post online messages that have ranged from annoying to blatantly obscene.

They have followed her from thread to thread, opened multiple threads about her and she has 98% resisted. She has not retaliated. In the absence of any support from you, she has had to ignore this disgusting behavior. Now that she is gone, those threads have ceased. Based on the sociopathy of these cretins, I am sure that if Scout returns, these creeps will start soiling themselves again.

My question to you is a serious one: What kind of people are you? What kind of people own, run and operate a website that enables citizens to abuse your best writers, activists and interactors?

What kind of people allow this kind of sociopathy to run UP?

What kind of people allow these sociopaths to insult women who have supported this site? I am quite sure that had any of the female owners and editors been the target of this cretinism, the issue would have been resolved quickly. But for some reason, as it is only a few female interactors, in your eyes, ignoring this problem is justifiable.

This is a moral failing, a profound lack of vision on your part and it is SHAMEFUL. I also want to point out that a poem of mine was reviewed positively in a Pakistani media source and that same critic cited Chowk as website the featured good work. I am afraid to say that this website doesnt deserve this praise, and it certainly doesnt deserve the support of interactors that raise it above the sewage that you enable.

GROW A SPINE AND RESOLVE THIS SITUATION LIKE FUNCTIONAL ADULTS, ETHICAL BUSINESSPEOPLE AND COMPETENT WORKERS.

I'm going to write a letter to this newspaper and let them know the truth about this website-hell, I'll write a column. And it will be about the willful exploitation of interactors here.
