Should Pak Ams Sue Chowk for Enabling Slander Against Pak Ams?

Dear Chowk and Pakistani and Pakistani American interactors,
Please note how easily anon interactors like Arjun can slander interactors of Pakistani descent and the effects are seen not only on this website, but the World Wide Web.
Case in point: Arjun has posted this in the last minute:

Will this racist, unsubstantiated post slanderous of an entire people and nation be picked up on the World Wide Web? You betcha.
And if you have the misfortune of any of your personal details being known and the misfortune having a nic like "Arjun" post on your thread, to you, will this slander be linked to any professional links on the World Wide Web?
You bet.
Why isnt Chowk doing anything about this? This can be considered racist slander against Pakistani Americans AND Pakistanis.
And yet Chowk enables these interactors to commit these hate speech crimes.

Under US Laws, all such statements qualify for a libel suit against the originating author and the media that carries it, as well as in this particular instance it also qualifies for a class action suit.
