Sometimes I feel

Posted: Mar 31, 2008 Mon 06:07 am     Views: 216    Interacts: 0

Sometimes I feel
To move away
From this crowd

Sometimes I feel
I do not belong here,
Instead, I am an extraterrestrial

Sometimes I feel
I was not mold right
To live to breathe to fit
In this earthy air
It is all so dark, damp
Feels heavy to bear

Sometimes I feel
I am lighter than smoke
Ethereal
Rising above every one
Going up and high
Viewing a ‘Broadway’ performance
Down below
Laying in my sky hammock

Sometimes I feel
No one understands
What I say
The words I utter
Either alien on every ear
Or simply
They don’t’ want to hear

Sometimes people seem
Alien to me
I want to make them do one thing
Their actions results
In reverse swing.

Sometimes I feel this too, that
I am lost
In a big carnival
I am running, hounding, searching
For a familiar face
But oh,
the attendees here are all
Deaf dumb and blind
Cold bodies living zombies
far and behind

I try to touch them
I feel
They are not human beings
But whirling circles of light
Or heavenly bodies
Interlinked by a special strange
Gravitational energy
That restricts the movement
Set them and fix them
In their own orbital path
So they are interlinked but far apart

Their keys are wind down
For the set tune
Earn to learn, eat and love and
Work your fortune
Sometimes

Sometimes
Moving away from the crowd
It feels
Too much noise
Loudness, hubbub
Every one is shouting, preaching
Speeches and sermons
Talking and telling
Listen to me I am the right one
At those times,
Sometimes
I feel an urge
to jump in the crowd
Jump in the middle to shut them up
Make them quiet,
make them listen
Listen and listen hard
Some one crying faintly
Lonely
Quietly, silently

Sometimes I feel
To be in the crowd.
