Pakistani Hindus-For Laddu Sahib.

Even as I don't agree with some of the things you say, I decided to write this for you. Because you come across as sincere.
I am hoping you would read this with an open mind.

Pakistan's Hindus don't have the problems you talk about. They do have problems, but not the kind you can imagine--being part of a majority community yourself.

Thankfully, and mercifully, they have fallen under the radar of the evil eyes of the extremists. They're not in such dangers as are the Ahmedis, the Christians, even the Shias. That has a lot to do with their choice of professions. Traditionally, the cast-Hindus have been traders. They don't have the exposure that politicians or activists have.

Those who are laborers have always been so. The partition has not changed how they earn a living. Meaning, it has not affected their class status at all.

They are represented in every class. Some of the most richest Pakistanis are Hindus. Some of the poorest are also Hindus or, as some would call them OBCs.

Now, about some of those highly publicized cases. We have criminals in Pakistan, as in any other country. Some kidnap young girls. When a Muslim girl is kidnapped, it either does not make the news, because the parents out of shame do not file an FIR, or, it is placed in the 8th page of the paper. When a Hinud girl is kidnapped, it makes the front page news(we also have our secular journalists!)

In most areas, we don't have segregated neighborhoods, unlike in your country. In Pakistan, people live according to their income levels. This means, that in Karachi, the crore pathis live together in Defence or Clifton. The middle-class live with middle-class, and the poor with the poor.

The Hindus are not represented in the army. I really don't know if this is because of discrimination(it could be), or because they're not interested in joining. However, they're more than their numbers represented in the police force.

Just like their bretheren in India, they don't like to have lots of kids. Maybe they are watching DoorDarshan and that 'Hum do hamare do'.

They do have problems, for even if 5% of a majority population thinks that a group is NaPak, then that group will face some problems. Like kids in school can be cruel. Cruel to fat kids, to ugly kids, to minorities etc. Like a traditional Hindu housewife would not allow a non-Hindu to enter her kitchen!

I do strongly believe that some of their problems have to do with themselves. They always want to be non-confrontational. They don't stand up for their rights. As if the society is supposed to be fair. Well if the society was fair, heaven could be established right here on Earth.

After partition, we had two incidents(unlike India, I have lost count):

Babri-masjid: temples were destroyed in Pakistan, but people were not attacked(unlike Ayodhia where 3000 people, mostly Muslim died.)

And a riot in Karachi. But this riot was not between Muslims and Hindus. It was between Hindus and Sikhs: there is land they both claim, situated between a mandir and gurudhwara. Within 2 hours the police brought the whole thing under control.

We cannot imagine a Bihar-Bhagalpur scenario in Pakistan, where a Muslim raped a Hindu girl, and within hours thousands of innocent were killed. They even didn't know why they were being killed. I think Pakistani corrupt police is more effective the Indian corrupt police force.

They biggest test came during Gujarat pogroms. Not a single Hindu was targeted.

Laddu sahib,

I live in Europe. Once in a while I come accross Indians, and the questions always turn to Pakistani Hindus. I am not an expert, neither Hindu, nor am I from Sindh. I do know that the picture you guys have in your mind is far from the truth.

You have this image in your heads that Hindus are running scared, that they are not successful, that Pakistan is like a jungle where anybody can pick up somebody's mother or sister from the streets. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I was not talking about India when I said 'not a single Hindu was targetted'. I was talking about Pakistan. The 2002 pogroms where first of their kind, meaning receiving live TV coverage 24/7. And nothing happend in Pakistan.

There has not been the kind of rioting in Pakistan that take place in India. Give it any spin you like, the facts remain.

Now, whether you change your mind or like to think you know everything without even having been to the country, is your business.

safeji,

Assuming you are a hindu, I would still consider your response as coming from some one who for centuries was a dhimmi and is still a dhimmi. You are one who has for centuries been living in the subdued community and who would always be ready to find faults with 'himself' and never for a moment think of attributing anything to Islam or muslims!!
WHY???
It is because for a dhimmi Pakistani hindu even thinking of ill about Islam or so called Prophet Mohammad might lead to a situation where he would make the mistake that Jaddish Kumar made a few days back.

Just as momeens fear for allah's wrath and his hell fires- hindu dhimmi fears for that single mistake that may cost him his life .

So let me state that the reason why dhimmi hindoos of Pakistan always want to be "non-confrontational" and don't stand up for their rights is only because they are afraid of the wrath of the momeen hordes.

You said that after partition, we had two "incidents" - I am sorry to say that your information is incorrect because after partition thousands of hindu religious temples have been systematically pulled down and left in dilapidated condition so that the dhimmi hindus are constantly reminded of their poistion in Pakistan as a second grade 'subdued' dhimmis. This treatment of hindus follow the logic of mullah Islam which in its modern morph is called TNT.

Let me satate, that riots DO NOT OCCUR in PAkistan because the Hindoos simply do not have the 'critical mass' to participate in the riots at all and they readily accept any violence over their religious place, temples, daughter, mothers or properties. That is why the 40 hindus from the factory are running scared than resisting the murder and lynching of Jagdish Kumar.Hindus simply do not have the type of 'power' and 'resolve' to resist like muslims have in India.

Please understand that riots occur because they are planned carefully in the' politics-of-segregation' that the dar-ul-harbic view of Islam perpetuates amongst muslims.
Can't you see that these riots occured in UK, Paris and so many countries where muslims have gathered together to conduct Jehad against the dar-ul-harb. Hindus simply do not have the mass or ideology to undertake such an enterprise.

Pakistan is an Islamic land , and you hindu dhimmis have "NO" choice but to accept the rapes of your daughters and destruction of your property without any resistance.

And you do not have the complete info about Babri-masjid or Gujarat where you say that " Not a single Hindu was targeted.".This is completely FALSE information planted that only a dhimmi hindu can believe readily.

Finally, in case you are who you claim to be , my advice is to migrate to india before it is too late.
