ShoreSahib's Delicious Chicken Tandoori

Chicken Breasts with Bone, clean thoroughly and remove all fat. I use Kitchen scissors.
6-8 Chicken Breasts with 3 inch cuts every inch apart.

Marinade:

Spice Mixture:

Grind the following spices in coffee Grinder:

One tablespoon Zeera

One tablespoon Coriander seeds

Two Star Anise

9 Sabut Lal Mirch (the round kind)

One tablespoon Anar Dana

One Black Cardamom

3 Green Cardamoms

One tablespoon Saunf

After grinding Spices, add One teaspoon Haldi and Sea Salt to taste combined with Half teaspoon Kala Namak.

Put all Spices in a large bowl, add juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoon olive oil, and half cup plain yogurt, and one tablepoon chopped Garlic, and One tablespoon Ginger Paste.

Rub this marinade into the chicken pieces well, Cover and let marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Either cook on Grill or Bake in oven at 400 degrees.

Serve with Naan and Cucumber Raita.
