standing water

There were lots of rains in our "Islamabad , the beautiful" in past few days. Although it is designed in a way that water flows down into the lower areas and we dont see water standing anywhere even after very heavy rains. But due to increase in population, even islambad has become very crowded and today i saw somedirty smelly water standing at some places....
You know this enlightened moderation in pakistan has gievn the ordinary man a license to do all which was forbidden morally not very long ago. I heard that people indulge in activities like alcohol, drugs, extra marital relations openly for the first time in Pakistan. I think it was always there but a small minority used to practise it but now its like people have become animals who surrender to their wishes and dont want to have any boundries of values, society and religion.
So when these things become common like the rainwater on the streets...no can keep their shoes, clothes, roads, cars or even houses safe from this stinking water. I think these so called educated beasts who follow their lust for power,money or women are like dirty rain water on the streets,,,BEWARE!
