Mit jayein gay yeh sub gum
tum chalow tou sahee,
Kaysee yeh manzil,
Kaysee yeh wayerani ,
tum chalow tou sahee
Hum zuban hain hum,
hum qadam, koi is turf,
koi us turf,
Jub niklay hay is rah pur,
sare-e-amm, tum chalow tou sahee

Kehtay hain in tareek rahoun pur,
mil jae gei umeed kee kiran
Utohou tou sahee,
jaysay nazar indaz kee subhah,
tum chalow tou sahee
Yaad mazi mei khoway houwe tum,
ein powsheeda rahoun pur
Aaye ge baad-e-naseem
in kafl-e-zindan mein,
tum chalow tou sahee

Ein gurd-o-gubar mein,
munsalik hay yahan humare tulkhain
In sansoun mein chaoupee howe hain,
bayqrar rahin, tum chalow tou shaee
Nazar afshein mee milay gaey,
dasht-e-guftare mei sunain gey hum
Jaysay mehsoos kartee hein
titlian in kayliion ke mehakk

Aub meta daey is hustee ko,
jub hona ha tum ko fina, aik baar
Bahet lumba yeh safar ,
lumbee hai yeh rah,
tum chalow tou sahee
Aasaan nahee yeah manzil,
tum utoho tou sahee,

Buhat mil jayan gay
in darkahtoun ke sayaoun mei,
tum chalow tou shaee

Yeh kahani udohree nahee,
meray dost, tum chalow tou sahee
Paow gay tum jist tirf, meray ilfaz,
in labouw pur, tum chalow tou sahee
Tikhana hay thumara ein
miratbe-e-jahen mein,
bhol jay ein takalaeeef ko
Pass houn mei tumare jaysay din raat ,
tum chalow tou sahee

Hur turf yeh pukar-e-zamana
aur yeh masaeil tousawaaf
Eis sakoon ke talash mein
yeh lumba intazzaar,
tum chalow tou sahee
Guzar dee hum ney
yoheen yeh sadiyan,
guzar dee hum nay yay mausam
Bahut ho gayein yeh batein
inqilab kee,
