Ugly and funny !
Last night, I received this email from a certain S.Sen. It goes something like this:
"Read your blog, its funny as hell. Tell me something, are you an ugly girl? Usually, the girls are not funny and those who are funny become funny because they want to divert attention from their lack of beauty to their comedic skills. If you are not ugly, then there is no justice in this world."
I need suggestions people, how do I respond to THAT when I don't even know if the sender is a man or a woman? I have absolutely no comedic skills to speak off so I don't even know what s/he is talking about.

1. the author is a man/boy
2. is a desi
3. feels good lashing out at people in an anonymous manner
4. Heck, that pretty much describes most of the desi male population on chowk :)

responding to a submission would mean that they actually go through the article and then reject it on some ground. They just do not respond. Not even to tell you that your work stinks.

hey i've had that sort of creepy rubbish.. cant believe the cheek of this he-she!
i usually say...
''why yes and no, tell you what, i'll describe myself and you tell me; *wink wink* i have green speckled skin which turns red in the heat and purple in the cold, a delightful protruding stomach, used to have thick lustrous sage coloured hair but then it fell out in clumps, i'm 4''0, weigh approx 24 stones, some say i have a 'fuller voluptuous figure, but i'd say i'm more like a symmetrical cube shape, i love how i dont have any eyebrows, it saves me from all the hassle of tweezing, although i have ample hair under the armpits, but dont need to shave them, you see my doc said i could transplant it into my scalp... i would do that.. for the man i love.. i hope that is you! :)
see if they ever bother you again after that!? haha!!
there are so many creeps online, best way to deal with them is complete ignorance or toy around, annoy them!

Another thing - some wise guys try to say stuff like that as pick up lines - so incase its a guy - better you ignore him - or he will come back with another wise crack like this one!
so, If were in your place, after planning in my mind to insult him like that, not send it - I would put him down to a stalker and just ignore the sms!
