Instead of operating from the shadows and ignoring all my emails and submission, open up a line of communication.....Manto,(Gill and Sohail) give up your hate of literary work over man worship of the Maj or white man worship variety....Don't think you all can censor me and get away with this nonsense. I will yet get published on Chowk, despite morons like you trying to block me, this site does not belong to you, it does not belong to your funding agencies like the CIA, it belongs to its members.....The last victory in this battle will be for truth and freedom of literary expression......

Masadi miaN, I am not commenting on the quality of your pieces (I have not read them closely). However, chowk editors, like any other editors, do have the right to pick and choose what will work best for their site. (It is privately owned.)At least you have the ability to express yourself in other ways than FP.
I agree that "not responding" to enquiries demonstrates a callousness in attitude which may or may not be real.

There is no question about the fact that Masadi sahib writes on relevant topics, writes well and with passion. His views although often contrary to conventional wisdom often have a ring of truth to it.

Majumdar sahib you have a very high view of Manto. I have found him to be a charlatan in our discourse on Chowk. You will claim that MAJ was also a "democrat" when his practice reveals otherwise, you will claim his sound bytes were glorifying "secularism", yet he used religion and its imagery for his political purpose.
BJ- my articles are fit to be published on any site dealing with political affairs. Your insinuation that they might be inferior material is BS. The intellectual grade of most articles published on chowk is significantly lower that what my articles contain...

I dont know about Mr. Gill and Mr. Sohail but IMHO Yasser mian has nothing to do with the (condemnable) censorship of your articles. He is a true democrat who will never deny giving dissenters a chance to voice their opinion.

Masadi miaN, if I were you, I would not be so fixated on publishing on FP. Seriously, what is the big deal about chowk FP? There are tonnes of web-based "publications". Also, what's wrong with posting your pieces in i-logs and UP?
You should also try to do an honest appraisal of what you are writing and whether it is the right fit for a web publication like chowk. Just my thoughts, hope you do not mind.
