fantasy land and reality checks.

In Pretty Woman, Vivian walked out on Edward demanding more from him than just a convenient arrangement. Edward promptly followed in his limousine with blaring opera and a bouquet of roses in his hand and the will to overcome any fear for her.

In real life, had Vivian told Edward she was leaving and she wanted more than just an arrangement, his reply probably would have been, "you always go through such phases during your period. I don't have time for this lame conversation. I will talk to you next week."

true :)
in fantasy there is a fairy tale of living together happily ever after. In reality, the fairy tale is of Vivian finding herself on her own.

IMHO, isnt the similarity in both fantasy and reality striking, too:

Vivian walks out on Edward. LMAO
