So, I went to this Chapta grocery store a long time ago. That's when I learned the English word for Kerala was Bitter Melon. Well, that's not the story. They had two types of Keralas side by side - Indian ones and Chinese ones with the appropriate labels reading "Indian Bitter Melons" and "Chinese Bitter Melons." Well, the difference was that the Chinese ones were about ten times as big, fuller and lush green. The Indian ones were short, shriveled, and very skinny.
This made my Rajput genese boil with anger. I don't mind Arabs bragging about their behemoths, but the chaptas. Come on, if there is one people Indians are comfortable with, it is the Chaptas.
Dadaji, thank you for diversifying. :D
