So, no one remembers Lebensraum

{"1. Point is that the US didnt steal the palestinian land. They just dont feel any moral obligation to deliver it back to the palestinians which is NOT the same thing. "}

Clifton, have you ever heard of being an accompice. Supporting, aiding, financing, arming, training, and vetoing are all pretty "acoomplicy" accomplishments.

{"2. Hating FP is VERY diff from hating the US as a whole. Loads of patriotic americans think the FP is sometimes predatory."}

If I understood your point, I would gladly agree with you or even correct you. But then maybe the hidden meaning was in the lost 3rd sipara. :D

{"4. Anyone who really cares about innocent palestinians (and im assuming its the people not the land you are so attached to) should be rooting for the palestinian leadership to accept the two state solution. Anyone who cares about them should also embrace reality ..... Israel won the war and they are not going to hand over land on a platter and america isnt going to fight israel for a bunch of nonamerican lives."}

All of a sudden, the two state solution became desirable when it was determined that the Palestinians would dominate a one-state solution.:D Even now, the original Palestinians form 20% of Israel's population and almost 40% of Northern Israel. Had it not been for the massive Jewish immigration who knows what percentage the Palestinians would be at today? Yes, it is all about the land. Israel could have had peace at any time if they would be satisfied with the land they had in the UN partition plan, the 1948 armistice, or the UN Resolutions. But there has to be, according to Mr. Nothing Yahoo, room for natural growth. Shades of Lebensraum. B)
