In school we used to write feminine and masculine pair of words. Such as:
murgha - murghii
maalik - maalikan
dhobi - dhoban
Once in urdu paper the list of such words included 'kutta' (dog) too and we had to write its feminine.
One of the students wrote 'kuttii' (bitch) instead of a proper word 'kutiya' (she-dog). The teacher cracked up when she read it and shared with us all. That was so embarrassing for the poor student.
I've made many blunders in writing exams but no, i wasn't that dumb. I always knew such pairs really well :)
