TehsinA,
Nope, that emptiness of existence is the realization when you think you are different and you focus on it. The focus should be on feeling one with existence and not comparing with it. When you feel one with overall existence you feel as infinite as it is and probably the temporal existence of mind or body seems like a phase of overall infinite experience.

copy pasting fron net, the isha upanishad way of saying it...
[[
"Om purnamadah purnamidam purnaat purnamudachyate,
purnasya purnamadaya purnamevaavashishyate"

"That (pure consciousness) is full(perfect); this(the manifest universe of matter; of names and forms being maya) is full. This fullness has been projected from that fullness. When this fullness merges in that fullness, all that remains is fullness."
]]

Our desire to control world is a mad desire and the whole world including different phases of our life exist to help us understand that (infact sooner or later "age" makes people realize that they were here to experience and evolve and not to "control").

Imagine you are building a ship, an individual will do only a small fraction of overall work and if he/she compares it to overalll work, it seems trivial. Comparing your existence with all that exists is much more meaningless. So I used that "existence" thing to show that in reality the totality of things is infinite in more than one ways.

I didn't get your example, was that story makes no sense, perhaps there is more of it?
Money, water, land and all other natural or non-natural resources are there for proper use, and possibly in the fasion as that Isha upanishad's quote says...

Isha vasyam idam sarvamam, Yat kinch jagatyam jagat!

Teyn tyakten bhunjithah, Magridhah kasya sweed dhanam!!

This world is all pervaded by God, enjoy, consume things when needed but all in a way "as little as required" (actual word used is tyag poorvak, slightly difficult to translate but just opposite of "greed")

MASADI will ensure that this comment is lost in tons of his comment so I am adding it to my page as well.

You just REPEAT, you don't say 'repeating again'. Repeating means doing it again.

Sleep well.
