Its official - Pakistan is a failed state

Posted: Nov 2, 2009 Mon 10:27 pm     Views: 81    Interacts: 4

The term failed state is often used by political commentators and journalists to describe a state perceived as having failed at some of the basic conditions and responsibilities of a sovereign government. In order to make this definition more precise, the following attributes, proposed by the Fund for Peace, are often used to characterize a failed state:

loss of physical control of its territory, or of the monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force therein,
erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions,an inability to provide reasonable public services, and an inability to interact with other states as a full member of the international community.

Common characteristics of a failing state include a central government so weak or ineffective that it has little practical control over much of its territory; non-provision of public services; widespread corruption and criminality; refugees and involuntary movement of populations; and sharp economic decline.

The level of government control required to avoid being considered a failed state varies considerably amongst authorities. Furthermore, the declaration that a state has "failed" is generally controversial and, when made authoritatively, may carry significant geopolitical consequences.

Here is 2009 top 10 failed nations standing:

"""" but here in our Pakistan I dont see any law, ethics, moral, government, establishment....etc etc"""""

Although I feel your agony, yet you know how is your country - Pakistan. A lawless and a gun running culture with many terrorists roaming around unchecked with Pakistani GOV tacit approval, what would be expected of this country ?

Your country has to borrow every time to pay its interests. This is a shame from International matrix point of view where every country looks upon Pakistan with contempt.

Even China - all weather yellowskin friend of Pakistan refused cash, so did saudi who already gives grants and subsdised crude oil.

Right now your country is lowest of low with people dying left right and center every day by fidayeens - creation of Islam.

I do not know technically what the failure state means in real sense but here in our Pakistan I dont see any law, ethics, moral, government, establishment....etc etc (REQUIREMENTS FOR REAL STATE EXISTANCE)
My mind is confused on my home economics (daal, roti, chini, aataa, health, education of my kids)
Who is responsible fr my daily life confusions???
I am Professor in a Medical College. I earn sufficient money but I am insulted daily by myself......by my own SELF (conscious)....... why?.....Who is responsible fr my SOCIAL/MORAL CONFUSION?
Is there any way to escape frm this hell? (HELL OF SELF-CONSCIOUS INSULTATION, daily, regularly regular insultation)?
Is there any way to establish myself , is there any way to establish my family with sincere, ethics-based,moral-based GOOD FAMILY??

I need HELP
