What Pakis need to do in Islam and take a leaf from Indian Legal and Political reality!!

We Indians have already done away with caste based discrimination by inverting the hierarchy thorough the secular constitution and its laws that does not recognize 'superiority' of any caste- on the other hand the 'reverse' discrimination' mechanism and laws has now actually turned the theoretically 'superior' castes as political inconsequential groups.

So, now Pakistani should think about their own Islam which is the biggest of all the 'racist'/'castist'/'sexist'/'fascistic' political theology of all.

Pakis need to discuss how to de-Islamize their constitution on the following topics-

1. Equality of Muslims and Kaafirs as per Hadiths and Quran.

2. Discussion on how to change Quran and Hadith so as to ensure equality of Islam and Idolator world views that does not lead to any violence on idolators by momeens??

3 Discussion on how to change Islam so as to ensure equality of Man and Woman in Islam?

4. How about equality of blood money for all human beings?

5. How about accepting the testimony of a muslim woman to be equal to that of a muslim man??

6. How to legislate to nullify the laws pertaining to the Dhimmis that exist in Islam?

7. Discussion on how to legislate to abrogate Huddod and blasphemy laws that discriminate against Murtids and Mushriques who have rejected Quran and Mohammad?

8 How to attain equality by rejecting Islamic discrimination and emphasize basic dignity and rights for ALL humans in a secular land like it is done in India!!!
