When you are being given $1.5 billion on the condition that you will "tackle" something, then you WILL tackle that something, even if you have to create that something yourself so you can then tackle it and hence earn your $1.5 billion

One thing more. They are actually milking those very citizens themselves in the form of taxes by the State so as to have the domestic support finance meant for sustaining the business of the greatest corporation of our country i.e. Pakistan Army(Pvt)Ltd. AND they are resisting the US Audit of its monies; domestic audit has never been an issue simply because there is no domestic audit.
Man, how I would love to have a share in that company.
