When we think we ask ourselves questions and try to answer those questions. If our thought process is broken down continuously the last indivisible Q&A unit will contain a binary question - a yes or no question. In other words, there will be only two options. Of these two options one will be comparatively desirable while the other comparatively undesirable.
When we choose the desirable option we surrender our free will and therefore weaken it (irrespective of the rationale of this choice). But when we choose the undesirable option we exercise our free will and therefore strengthen it (irrespective of the rationale of this choice). It is important that we give our free will a regular workout, like we give our body, by choosing not to give in.
