I think banning a person is like putting a lid on a volcano - it will burst out one day with more force than it would have donr in a normal course of things.Maybe its better to let people vent out and get it out of their system. I think that is what CHOWK is all about. A platform for expression - of any kind.

Those who are banned these days create the most trouble in society - this info based on real facts.

once an idiot is everytime an idiot..
once a user is banished for say good 2 months...would then be enough testimony and reason for others to stay away from bad games..

My friend, both sides do it on mutual consent, how can one party fight alone? Not possible.

I reckon Kaptain does have a point here.

I agree we have the freedom of expression here but why get personal and point fingers upon each other ? As I understand, its a forum to share thoughts and experiences ,ideas and ideologies and to nurture good realtionships and develop a community for communication and learning.

In the end anything and everything being said or reflected on its pages has a direct impact on its position and identity.

Kaptain, in all fairness, no one from unplugged ever comes to the Ilogs section to criticize us on anything that we write - maybe they also think that what I write is immature and too idealistic, hence foolish.

I came to CHOWK only because I heard that here you can be yourself. So good or bad, if they can vent it out here, I think they should not be checked by anyone.
Perhaps that is why the editors let it be - They let everyone discuss whatever they like, however they like.

Every one has a right to their own personal opinion. I am not defending any stranger here, I dont even understand who writes on what normally, but as a neutral party may I point out, the principle is the same all over chowk. Its called FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.
