Thank you for agreeing that you are a confirmed LIAR. The disagreement between Shias and Sunnis and Shias and other Shias is over succession for the positions of Khalifa and Imam. This is a matter that does not affect the core beliefs of Muslims, unlike the Qadiani assertion of having Mirza Ghulam Ahmed as a "prophet" and "messenger" of Allah.

Individuals may curse various figures in Islamic history, but that is not sanctioned nor approved by Shia religious leaders. Insulting the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and associating false "prophets" with the religion he formed are not trivial expressions of approval or disapproval for Muslims. ALL Muslims agree that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the central person in the religion of Islam and is the LAST Messenger of Allah.

In Pakistan, all communities are persecuted due to military rule, mindless suicide bombings, and lack of adherence to civilized manner of interaction among diverse groups. Having said that, it is correct to state that ALL minorities in Pakistan, including the Qadianis, Hindus, Sikhs, and Christians are better protected physically and materially in comparison to Muslims in India, especially in Gujarat and Mumbai.

Again, all communities are suffering from the lack of effective legislation, and more importantly, the lack of enforcement of existing laws. If you are specifically referring to the 1974 legislation declaring Qadianis to be non-Muslims, then you must appreciate the wisdom of that act. It is far better to resolve the dispute through legislation than to fight it out in the streets. The overwhelming majorities of Pakistanis and Muslims do not consider Qadianis to be Muslim - thanks to their blasphemous statements against the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and their insistence on having Mirza Ghulam Ahmed as a "prophet."

If anyone is discriminated in Pakistan, it is the poor, the uneducated, and the lower classes. Qadianis, because of their stature as Punjabis, albeit non-Muslims, have a much higher standard of living than the rural Muslim masses in Sindh, NWFP, Baluchistan.

Naturally, as non-Muslims and proven blasphemers against the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Islam, Qadianis are not allowed to ridicule the Last Messenger (PBUH) and his religion. It is only rational that insulting the Kalima or the Muslim place of worship by mimicking them and infringing upon these traditional symbols of Islam should be prohibited in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Now, you get to the crux of the problem. This is the area where Qadianis and Muslims differ distinctly. The sanctity of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is of the highest priority for almost all Muslims. To me, the name and stature of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are more important than Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, the UN, or any concept other than God Himself.
