Do you know....... ?

Which island is it?

Damn that sizzling heat. That makes me shrivel and dream of those surfing shores. Oozing wet sand, wide expanse of the ocean and frothing waves crashing on the beach. Refreshing breeze, murmuring currents, soaring waves and dripping wetness all round. Ah! Where is that cruise?

Or a speed boat ? If you are looking for a ‘slick’ and ‘smart’ option for a rough ride?

And those enticing canoes?

Guess am prepared to explore some of those rocky caves. Even entirely at the mercy of those rising and falling tides. Yes entrapment within the confined caves is a possibility.

And it gets exciting when it gets pitch dark sometimes

Not the most worthy of ways to sneak out. But, to relish all that fun, who would mind tasting some of the bat’s droppings (shit ) that keeps trickling down smooching and lacing the faces and bodies all the time ?

And exploring some wildlife in those Mangrove beaches and lagoons in the process

Back to the open sea

Ain’t this topography and those rock formations lovely?

Look at those quaint structures!

And this iconic rock jutting out of the water. Quite symbolic. Ring a bell ?

Encounter some weird rocks

And I would happily bring back some shells and souvenirs wrapped in some fond memories for you from this makeshift market

Don’t mind some showers in the deep sea. Swimming and rain make such frivolous combination. Don'tyou agree ?

Now if it is not a reverie and I am not day dreaming the tour is over guys. For all those adventure and fun freaks out there, before we disembark do you really know where have you just been to? Know of any such place that exists on the planet? I know you do. Just name it!...And if you don't make a wild guess!

Yeah right! You deserve a treat. But who? Let me see……..

Very hard to leave MBK center for a lady once she is in Thailand.

"All that 'ayashi' in Phuket is but one Tsunami's 'maar'! Remember the morning of December 26, 2004, when sudden death caught up with the party animals?"

Unfortunately that's so very true. Natives have all sorts of sorry and moving tales to narrate when the land was totally devastated. Many lost their loved ones, houses and properties. The pictures and videos displayed at the memorials are terrifying and even more so are the horrible memories. More like a snapshot of 'Qiyamat' and 'Qahar-e-Illahi'.

Seems like a good idea to get a quick massage and run for my life :) but I would always miss the fun and entertaining part!!!

Del,

"But tahir your search engine or navigation tool lands you bang on the spot"

You're not alone, Chowq Stuffed loves my S&R abilities. Look how they were all found out and are in hiding now!

Get your massage and get out fast!

Wow! Most of you guys have been close. But tahir your search engine or navigation tool lands you bang on the spot :)

You sure deserve that ice cream and cone and I deserve another chilling vacation ;) Enjoy a scoop of 'Benazir Kulfa' while I scurry around for tickets.

James Bond island! Located in the vicinity of Phuket, Thailand. Sure one of the most mesmerising fun places- or the one I know of - with my limited exposure. The island was named after the making of the movie "Man with the Golden Gun" back in 1974.While I desperately hunted all over, couldn't beat the timing and immaculate planning of Roger Moore who conveniently made his escape good, with the bevy of all those featuring blondes, not leaving a single one behind. As usual, ( and more like our raiding groups ) I was late again; by some 30 plus years on this particular occasion.

If you are looking for a wonderful vacation, heavenly sea food, partying, corals, fishing, sailing , Scuba diving, Snorkeling and serene azure waters-Phuket is the place. Oh and did I mention massage ? Those girls won't let you leave without one;) You bet!
