One fifty left

My cousin was telling me how his boss did not even care to consider his employees when it came to a retirement plan. I asked him in the continuum of transformation where is his boss. " Unconscious incompetent (you don't know that you don't know)
Conscious incompetent (you know you don't know)
Conscious competent (you're thoughtfully actively practicing a new way of
being)
Unconscious competent (you know longer have to thoughtfully actively
practice, it has become second nature or your new nature)
He claimed that his boss was more like unconscious incompetent. At that moment I realized that the reason my cousin was complaining was because he was at the same level. He also had not taken care of his employees.
I know a lot of Pakistanis are not going to like what I am about to write, because this is such a norm here. I have visited many relatives and noticed the young girls ages from 9-12 being employed as nannies. The rational is that we are helping these girls, but in reality I used to teach kids that age, and aside from go there and do this, these girls are not engaged in a conversation for being a student. They are busy making money for their parents. Maybe child labor laws need to be looked at or enforced, I am told that all such laws are on the books.
Last night the lights went out, I walked out for a walk, the whole street was humming with the sounds of generators. Here I am thinking, noise pollution, the burning of gasoline and gas, why couldn't the government have a mega electric project, create jobs etc. I walked to the local store, all lights were on thanks to the generators, I bought a lollipop, and was looking to dispose of my wrapper when I realized that the appropriate place was just the street. You could not find a garbage can until you got home.
You all must be saying what is wrong with me, why would I eat a lollipop, knowing fully well that what that would lead to. Well that is exactly what happened, I am down with liquid pouring from both ends. This was my weight loss plan come to Pakistan and lose ten pounds, when I get back I will market the same for Mexico. Its quite the experience when liquid is coming out of both ends at the same time, I would imagine it would be the same if you were double penetrated.
The trick is to not listen to doctors and speed up the inevitable. So here I am down with a headache, and a stomachache and pumped up with all kinds of medicine, I am told drink plenty of fluids, which I am not, and rest, which I am not going to do. Bring it on I say, do your worst and I will not suffer, its just pain and life is bound to be full of pain. The good part is I have no urge to smoke, or eat or drink.
I went to a park last night with the kids, nice park, we paid a small fee to get in, which got me thinking all these pakistanis abroad, and if were to ask for say just $100 from 100 people that would make a beautiful park for children and it would sustain itself by the fees that are charged. So when I get back that is what I will do, put a stall on some Apna conference and hit these doctors up for a good cause. I am sure there are areas in Karachi where the ratio of parks to people is very small. Well now that I have given one idea, I assume that there are several such ideas, which require one individual to take a stand. Where are those individuals, is everyone just out for numero uno, or can we get some Pakistanis with a back-bone..
