Exquisite stuff Alberto, the first one in particular. Keep `em coming.
but I`d agree with, both should`ve been posted separately.

You`ve put me in very heady company. The great Marquez, ¡que alabanza! Mil gracias. Alberto

alberto, the second one raised the game a notch or two - once it found that wormhole (very marquez like) for the ending... good stuff. !

Thank you both for your kind words. I think Chowk`s editors group them as they see fit, sometimes it works, sometimes maybe not. They have previously posted five other of my poems. If you are interested in reading those just click on the box ``also by`` at the top right of this page. I don`t know how it is with other writers, but I always hope that my poems will connect with others, as they apparently have with you two.

dear mr.ceras, both poems are beautiful, nothing overdone. the first one had easier flow but the second is deeper. dont know why ppl cannot appreciate such writing.

thank you for this work.

alberto - this was interesting. i dont know if i`d have grouped the two together but they do work with each other - i just dont know if it works well or not. :)

the first one had a certain mythic quality to it, the second got better towards the end. hope to see more of ur work.
