Dear Yasser, unlike you who throws about accusations without providing any references, here is a news report that describes the very words of the `witness`, here is some real stuff.
I was forced to implicate Sarabjit: witness
Excerpt:
``I was told by the lawyer that I should identify Sarabjit as the main culprit for the serial blasts and I did it,” Salim Shaukat, whose father had died in the blasts on May 18, 1990, told a news channel.``
``Recalling his appearance as a witness before a court, Shaukat said after he identified Sarabjit as the accused, he had resisted and asked him to swear by Koran.``

Dear Harish...
If you think this is enough of an evidence lets see you stop Manjit Singh from hanging...
This piece of evidence was produced in the review petition before the Supreme Court and it rejected it. Now Manjit (not Sarabjit) Singh will hang ... you bet your ass. And there is nothing you can do about it except rant and rave on this board to prove that no Indian can ever be a terrorist...

[Look no one is going to buy some ``alleged Paki`s`` confession on NDTV about that terrorist Manjit Singh... Whatever your view of the SC ... it has the power to hang that terrorist and that is precisely what will happen- soon.]
Now that`s like the real Yasser. `We will do what we like, no questions asked`. You look so much better when you talk straight. It is when you try to argue that you come across as a total fool. Next time when you come up with asinine arguments like the Paki SC is a model of honesty, we`ll know that you`re probably talking about Paki standards and not universal standards.

Yes I am sure NDTV is the model of honesty and completely impartial... Seriously man- all those names you called me are now completely applicable on you...
Evidence proved that Manjit Singh was a terrorist ... Due course of Law affirmed it. Now the bastard is going to hang as per law.

We all have seen first-hand how your SC is a shining model of honesty, so please go ahead and hang Manjit. But remember, some day you can be the victim of this Kangaroo court too and I`ll bet my ass off that no matter how hard you argue that all your life you tried to save Jinnah`s pride on Chowk, you`ll end up being hanged by your ass (because you lack the balls).

Back to personal attacks and insults because you could not prove any evidence except some Paki`s alleged testimony on NDTV ...
Jeetay raho... true Indian you are.
``so please go ahead and hang Manjit``
We DON`T need your permission. The terrorist will hang. And you can jump up and down all you want.

Bhai Yasser, stop all that jumping up and down. Isn`t it embarrassing that a grown up (at least physically, because you claim to be married and have a kid) guy like you is resorting to monkey-in-a-circus antics all because you have got hold of one Indian `spy`? Going by all the violence in Balochistan, FATA and Northern Areas, there seem to be Indian spies running amok all over Pakistan. Do something before your own a$$ is blown off.

Why don`t you prove it is not?

You sound so much like Musharraf when he said that he had `restored` democracy to Pakistan by having a popularly-elected Parliament. You guys thoroughly deserve him.

Harish mian,
Why is it that when you are completely without any argument or evidence that you attack my personal life? Why don`t you keep personal lives out of this? Glad to see that you`ve now accepted Indian responsibility for terrorism in Pakistan...

Do you know what `personal life` means? Did I attack your wife or your kid? Sheesh!! An elementary school kid would do better than you at comprehending these things.
[Glad to see that you`ve now accepted Indian responsibility for terrorism in Pakistan...]
It is unfortunate that in addition to comprehension issues, you cannot see sarcasm even when it hits in you in your face.

Yaar Harish- you seriously need to get on with it. Its not working. Furthermore... you`ve accepted that India is responsible for terrorism in Pakistan just like I think Time magazine is the gospel of the truth. You can`t have it both ways.
And spare me your rooted complexes about the English language and/or your education/exposure/experience.

DM,
Your proposal does not solve the problems: Kashmir or otherwise. It will only delay it. Sadly, we should have learnt by now that we can only trust Pakistan`s establishment at our own peril.
Moreover, why should we humour Musharraf if his unpopularity is due to US forcing him to hunt Al Qaeda? Let the West and Al Qaeda fight and let`s deal with the winner
Another proposal. Why dont we abolish Article 360 and make J&K open to all Indians? Internal migration would take care of any Terrorism problem, IMO.
Thanks,

There is a real disconnect between the international and Pakistani views
There is a real disconnect between the international and Pakistani views on EVERYTHING...Pakis live in Pakiworld, the magical mystical bizzaro world where Pakis are moderates, pakis didn`t support terrorism etc etc...
It is time for Indians to show a willingness to reveal their cards.
It`s already done that..What part of no redrawing of boundaries isn`t clear? It means the LoC is as good as it gets for pakiland..
reduce support for the Jihadis who want to expand their activities outside Kashmir.
the jihadis haven`t expanded their islamic terrorism outside kashmir beyond what they`ve already done because they are unable to do so..if you think it`s because of the goodness in their hearts, you`re in cloud cuckoo land...
For that to happen, it needs to be perceived as a Big Brother and not as a Big Bully.
If Pakiland thinks of India as a bully, that`s Pakiland`s problem...
India doesn`t need to do squat...It actually needs to abrogate article 370 and change the demographics of Kashmir...

The number of times Indians repeat these things goes to show that the truth might be very different ...

this has surely got to be the most boring topic of all, and the analysis most mudane.
The two sub-continental coutries have made the most of thier allie - Inda profitted from Russia whilst Pakistan from US and china. There was a bone of contention which was admirably used by the two for their own ends. That India came out better off (even though tthe ally was technically less superiror to Pak`s allies ) is a testament to the far-sightedness of its leadership in that all the monies were not pocketed some went for the correct purposes (which is the exact opposite in Pakistan where the elite pocketed the whole bally lot).
Cold war over, Pakistan and India are now turning to new sets of allies. The bone of contention has to be there else there is nothing for the supporters to smack their lips about.
The game is on, to see who can make the most out of this new set of allies and who will work wonders int he long term.
In this both, India and Pakistan are at it, unfortuantely you have near-sighted fools like Hamdani on the pakistan side (near sighted is an understanement here - the man can only look backwards not forwards), and I rfear India will win out this time round as well.
The two countries are run by banias. Both sets of banias can extract their pound of flesh from the world - the difference is that the Indian Bania knows how to turn that $1 into 1M$ surely.
